Any item that is perishable requires the customer to choose a shipping option that includes a cooler box. If a customer chooses to ship without perishable protection, (meaning choosing proper shipping for purchased item) this disclaimer certifies you are shipping at your own risk, and any issues that occur with your purchase are not the responsibility of Charmed Confections Inc. or any of its sister companies etc. We are not responsible for any replacement of any product due to cosmetic arrival. Any perishable item purchased should be accompanied by shipping to protect its contents. The customer is responsible for choosing and paying for that form of shipping at time of check out. We do not ship any product that can perish or melt in any way during the approach of weekend. All perishable items are ONLY shipped up to mid-week. We do not ship on holidays. Tracking numbers are issued at the time of order placement. Once your order is processed and ships, the courier will update the scans. If your tracker does not show movement after 7 business days, please send us an order update email. Customer service will respond accordingly.
